Get Ready for Improvements to Your Visa Credit Card Online Service
Coming August 20th
We’re pleased to let you know we are launching a new, easy-to-navigate system for accessing your credit card information. Designed to optimize your experience, the new solution provides a modern interface and can be used with any mobile device, including smartphones and tablets.
Features include:
- Card Activation / Request Card Replacement
- Create PIN
- Change PIN
Please note:
From Wednesday night, August 14th, until early Tuesday, August 20th, to ensure a seamless transition to the new card management tool, you temporarily will be unable to access your credit card information or make online payments to your credit card.
You of course will still be able to use your credit card as usual. But any account change requests or payment requests in branch during those dates will be held for processing until August 20th.
Then, the first time you access your account from August 20th on, you will be redirected to the new application via single sign-on from our online banking site.
